Hi, I'm Avishek
Husband to a very strong woman and father to two grownup boys and a dog.
I was an aeronautical engineer with Indian Navy. After Serving with armed forces for 15 years I took retirement and decided to be a health coach and serve people.
Although I was an avid sports person, and used to play active sports like football, hockey, athletics, handball etc throughout my tenure in Indian Navy, I was not very healthy inside.
As I was crossing days and years in my 30s my tummy line was growing, energy was falling down, speed and agility was decreased. I tried to cope up, tried to spend more time in practice only  to see more downward spiral in my health...
 By the time I was leaving the service I was like this and this...
 After retirement, I became a certified coach and started helping people with their health. Although I was coach and trainer myself my own health was not in good shape. I would give excuses to my clients that Sachin Tendulkar's coach would  guide him, but he did not became sachin himself. But deep inside I was not feeling good. I was betraying people by saying health values but my own health was....
The life of a coaching entrepreneur is not easy, always thriving for new clients, taking care of existing clients, early morning sessions, sometimes as early as 4am for my overseas clients, very late nights. Only 4 to 5 hrs of sleep. Highly stressed life.... All these were adding up to my health woos.
Then came a phase, when I was in my lowest of health. Luckily, Lord God gave me the wisdom to realise my problems... I paused and reflected upon myself. Started eating clean, started doing small amount of workout regularly. I made lots of mistake in my journey but I was not ready to quit. I was studying a lot of journals and papers  on nutrition and health. Social media helped me a lot. Although it's very easy to get deceived by social media, I was the one who tried himself before believing. There were shakes, and supplements and pills,. There were fancy exercises. And I really did a lot of mistakes... But I learnt that no shakes or supplements will work untill you correct your lifestyle. The best medicine is proper movement and the best healer is clean food.
And here's the result. Now I'm in my mid 40s and winning medals, playing football and hockey in competitive levels and competing hard with my son. Enjoying the real fruits of fitness and health...
And along with all these I've learnt and curated cutting edge blue print for healthy and fit  life for busy professionals. No long hrs webinar, no shakes or pills, just simple actionable strategies to lead a healthy and disease free life, by reversing the root cause of your obesity.
